I'm Tina. I take aging frontend apps and make them fast, modern and easy to work on.
Over the past five years I've rebuilt legacy platforms, shipped an enterprise workflow engine, and led a fintech team at a super-app with 50 million users. Teams usually bring me in when something is slow, stuck, or too big to fit in a sprint. I take contracts up to 32 hours a week, remote or hybrid (1–2 days on-site in the Randstad).

My deepest expertise is Angular 14 to 21: zoneless change detection, signals, defer blocks, solid SSR. I also ship React and Next.js. When an app feels slow I don't guess. I profile it with Chrome DevTools, check what Datadog says about real users in production, and fix the actual bottleneck instead of the loudest symptom.
An engineer who thinks like a PM
Before going all-in on engineering I ran a fintech squad at scale. That left habits your team will notice: I ask what a feature is worth before building it, I check the edge cases nobody wrote down, and I won't gold-plate things users don't need.
Big codebases don't scare me
Nx monorepos, module federation, micro-frontends, CI/CD pipelines. I write code your team can test and maintain (Playwright, Jest) and keep it accessible to WCAG 2.1 AA — which since June 2025 is a legal requirement for most EU businesses under the European Accessibility Act, not a nice-to-have.

Bringing a legacy platform back to life
AmsterdamI took full frontend ownership of a legacy web platform that badly needed rescuing. Runtime profiling and a modernized asset pipeline took its Lighthouse score from 33 to 75, and I worked directly with the infrastructure team on a custom CloudFront CDN setup to cut load times for users worldwide.
On the same team I built a hardware-integrated number plate recognition (ANPR) workflow from zero to production. Mobile app adoption rose 30% after it shipped.
An enterprise workflow engine
DelftI designed and built a configurable Workflow Actions engine with Angular, RxJS and NgRx inside an Nx monorepo. It let non-technical operators schedule mission-critical tasks across separate micro-frontends themselves, which cut manual operational work by 25%.
Product leadership at Snapp!
TehranI led the fintech squad at Snapp!, a ride-hailing super-app with 50 million users and 6 million daily transactions. I steered Direct Debit through regulatory alignment to launch, a consumer-industry first in the country, and ran a VAT compliance project that saved 20% in tax overhead. The latter earned me the company's Best PM award.
